I was struggling with what to do with my other free transfer this week, so I decided to go with a preparatory move and bring Tariq Lamptey in for Rob Holding.

Arsenals fixtures take a horrible turn for the near future and whilst Holding has looked good, Lampteys attacking potential is too much to turn down at the same price.

The main talk in the FPL community has been Auba out for KDB but I couldn’t bring myself to get rid of Aubameyang against a Liverpool defence which has leaked chances, and Aubameyang scored against them in the charity shield, and when the KDB concussion rumours surfaced it reinforced my opinion.

The Man City injury crisis has thrown up a few options, Foden in particularly looks a good option, but I’m trying to stick to my plan of having no hits to make transfers if possible.

The captains armband falls on Jiminez this week. 2 goals in 2, and West Ham. It’s (hopefully) a no brainer
