GW14: 5-A-Side with FPLInzaghi

No sooner than the snow has settled at Turf Moor, the sun rises on Gameweek 14.

Looking back at Gameweek 13, the Rate My Team tool on the Fantasy Football Scout Members Area was right to target the Liverpool game vs Southampton, as the Reds ran out 4-0 victors, however the blank from Sadio Mane meant that the tool could only score 37 points, leaving @FPL_Poet and @WoodwardStephen still as the men to beat, with the Scout tool knocking me down to 4th place.

Gameweek 14 sees my fellow Fantasy Football Scout Academy member @FPLInzaghi take on the challenge.

New to FPL content creation this season, @FPLInzaghi provides insightful weekly videos and I would recommend subscribing to his YouTube Channel here and is a regular contributor to the Score Prediction articles on https://fantasyfootballcommunity.com/ alongside myself and a few others.

Fresh from a mightily successful 16 point hit (his first ever 16 point hit in his FPL career), FPL Inzaghi appears to be a man in form, as those transfers brought in Trent Alexander-Arnold, Diogo Jota, Josh King, Reece James and Joao Cancelo for a combined 31 points, so his picks could be ones to follow this week.

In goal, FPLInzaghi has opted for Palace Stopper - Vicente Guaita

Leeds have struggled for goals lately with many of their likely goal scorers out injured. Palace have conceded 3 goals from set pieces in the last two GWs but I fancy them to keep a CS away against Leeds.

DEF - Marcos Alonso

He's dusted off the cobwebs with 70-odd mins against United and I expect him to start vs Watford. Fancy him for defensive and attacking returns in GW14.

MID - Diogo Jota

He's dusted off the cobwebs with 70-odd mins against United and I expect him to start vs Watford. Fancy him for defensive and attacking returns in GW14.

MID - Wilfred Zaha

Leeds employ a man-man marking system and there are few players better at beating their man than Zaha. He's primed to score big this GW.

FWD - Callum Wilson

Don't let the 4 yellow cards put you off, Wilson is going to wreak havoc this week and secure Eddie Howe's first win as Newcastle manager.

FPLInzaghi takes the brave choice to omit Mo Salah from his side, but seemingly has sound logic regarding his midfield selections, and anyone that picks Callum Wilson will always get a thumbs up from me.
