GW26. Bench boosting

After the fun and thrills of playing my triple captain chip last week, Gameweek 26 give me the bench chance (in my eyes) of maximising another chip - the bench boost.

With 13/15 players in my having a double gameweek, and my two Leeds players against a faltering Villa side, I feel like I won’t get a chance to maximise my returns on this chip quite like this again.

In terms of transfers in to my team, I had two injured players, so have taken a 4 point hit to get back to full strength, and kept an eye on GW29 with one move.

Out go Edison Cavani (that gamble didn’t pay off) and Jack Grealish. Grealish is one I’ve been reluctant to move lately, despite his form declining but the injury has persuaded me to pull the trigger.

Their replacements are Dominic Calvert Lewin (Everton’s fixtures this week are too tempting to ignore) and Ademola Lookman as Fulham have the double up this week and a fixture in GW29 when not many teams play.

Kane captain for me this week, his record against the bottom sides this season is phenomena, and he takes on two sides in the bottom half this week.
