GW3: 5-a-side

Last week saw FPL Talking points score 29 points, with blanks from GW1 heroes Mo Salah and Bruno Fernandes costing him the early season too-spot.

This week, Fantasy Football Scout Network member @FPL_Poet picks his 5-a-side team.

Quamrul is a poet, journalist, sportswriter and Fantasy Football enthusiast from Dhaka, Bangladesh. The winner of ESPN Star Sports Knockout Cup 2009-10, he co-founded Fantasy Football Players of Bangladesh (FFPB) and has literally taught the game to thousands in his country in the last decade.

Here, Quamrul reveals his picks and the thought process behind them.

Hugo Lloris: The Spurs goalkeeper has not conceded a goal yet and has notched 21 points in the first two games, which includes maximum bonus on both occasions. Against newly promoted Watford, I expect the Tottenham defence to keep yet another clean sheet.

Ricardo Pereira: The Foxes were crushed by an in-form West Ham last week, but they should bounce back against Norwich, who are yet to score a goal this season. The Leicester defender offers chances of returns at both ends of the pitch against a team that conceded eight in the first two games.

Heung-Min Son: The South Korean did not deliver last week after his first round's double digit return, but Tottenham's home game against Watford this week looks primed for another haul for the attacking midfielder. With his 'partner in crime' Harry Kane back in the side again, Son is not only a fantastic pick this week, but also a contender for the armband.

Mason Greenwood: We are likely to see Jadon Sancho start the game against Wolves, which bodes well for the Manchester United attack. The Englishman has scored in both the games so far and I think he will find the back of the net again this week.

Michail Antonio: Two games. Three goals. assists. Six bonus points. Given the red hot form the West Ham forward is in, it is impossible to ignore him in a home game against Crystal Palace. I assume a big section of the FPL players will make him the captain for the gameweek, and I see them grinning at the end of the London derby.

Can these boys see FPL_Poet overhaul @FPLinTheDugout at the top of the standings?
