Hello Cancelo

After finally getting to 100 points for GW 19 on Saturday, our attentions turn instantly to GW 20.
With my Man City assets (John Stones and Ilkay Gundogan) scoring 45 points between the two of them, I've decided to go for the triple up and add Joao Cancelo into the mix, ahead of some tasty looking fixtures for the Baby Blues (despite what some in the media say... they're definitely not the Sky Blues!)
Initially I'd planned to bring Kevin De Bruyne into my team, but after the news of his injury and potential 6-week absence, I have decided to turn my attentions to the players that I would consider Man City's second most creative player this season - Joao Cancelo.

As well as Cancelo's eye-catching attacking performances, Man City's defence has been water-tight in recent weeks, and I really like the double up of him and Stones for me.
To make way for Cancelo, I've taken out Trent Alexander-Arnold, its fair to say he's struggled to reach the impeccable heights of last season, and Liverpool are struggling to keep clean sheets with only 2 in the last 7 in all competitions.
Whilst Cancelo hasn't delivered the attacking returns I'm talking about just yet, a deeper dive into his underlying stats over the last 6 game weeks suggest they're on the way, and I expect him to take up an even more prominent role in City's attacking set up with De Bruyne out.
Over the last 6 game weeks, Cancelo's xGI (Expected Goal involvement) is at 1.89 (3rd of all defenders behind just Andy Robertson and Luke Shaw), with no goals or assists yet. If he continues to create chances of such quality, at such regularity, it's surely only a matter of time before he combines a defensive return, with a bumper attacking haul.
Looking at the rest of my team, and I'm not happy with a few of my squad, but I want to avoid taking any points hits if I can help it.
Players I'm looking to move on in the next few weeks include Callum Wilson ( I love the guy, but Newcastle look terrible at the minute, Eric Dier (I don't think Spurs have kept a clean sheet since i brought him in), and Alex McCarthy (good keeper, but I've also got Emi Martinez, and I think i can get in a cheaper option to sit on my bench every week).
I also have concerns over Thomas Soucek (his record when Antonio plays for West Ham is concerning to say the least - and the likes of Saka, Smith-Rowe, Tielemans, Barnes and Maddison are all intriguing options), Luke Ayling and Patrick Bamford ( Leeds form is a worry).
Before the weekend I was also debating taking Salah out (although his double in the Cup this weekend made me realise that was a silly thing to contemplate) as well as Reece James, but with Chelsea removing Frank Lampard yesterday, I'm intrigued to see the new manager effect before making any decision on him.
For GW 20, I'm looking at a 4-4-2 with Bruno as my Captain.
